Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (also called our Terms of Use) apply to your access to and use of the Eduters website, the Eduters learning portal, and the bundles of questions published on it (together, Eduters). By selecting Continue on the account setup screen, you accept these terms for yourself and every profile in your account and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please sign out and do not use Eduters.
About Eduters
Eduters helps you learn and practise topics and subjects by playing different learning bundles and following learning plans. Learners explore content, see their results, and track their progress. Parents and teachers help learners choose bundles and plans and follow how they are doing. Approved publishers write and submit bundles for review before they are published.
Eduters is a general learning and practice tool. Using Eduters does not guarantee a particular learning result or outcome.
Children and parental responsibility
Eduters accounts belong to adults aged 18 or older. Everyone who learns uses a profile within an adult's account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to add a profile for you in their account, agree to these terms, and supervise your use of Eduters. You must not open your own account.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the accounts they create for children, for the information they give us about those children, and for deciding which bundles and settings are suitable for them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle children's personal information.
Accounts
You must give us accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@eduter.com if you think someone else has used your account without permission.
We may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, misuse, a security risk or a safeguarding concern. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Paid access and refunds
The account holder is responsible for purchases made through the account. Before paying, review the price, access period, included features and any renewal or cancellation conditions shown at checkout. Paid access applies as described in the selected plan or offer.
For a billing problem, cancellation request or refund enquiry, contact support@eduter.com. Nothing in these terms or a plan's conditions limits any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
Using bundles and questions
Bundles, questions, pictures, audio, explanations, and other learning material on Eduters are provided for personal study and, for teachers, for use with their own learners. You must not copy, republish, sell, or share bundle content outside Eduters, or use it to build another product or dataset, without our written permission.
We and our publishers work to keep questions accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a question looks wrong, email support@eduter.com with the bundle name and question number and we will pass it to the bundle's author.
Publishers
Publisher accounts are available only with our approval and are subject to any separate publisher agreement we provide.
When you submit a bundle, you confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in it, including text, pictures, and audio, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You keep ownership of your material and give Eduters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, review, format, display, and make it available to Eduters users for as long as it is published and for a reasonable period afterwards to support saved learner sessions and results.
We review bundles before they are published and may decline, edit for formatting, unpublish, or remove a bundle at our discretion. We may revoke a publisher key at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Eduters. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Eduters, other accounts, or our systems
- interfere with Eduters or its infrastructure, or introduce harmful code
- scrape, harvest, or bulk download questions, answers, or user data
- share answer keys or use automated tools to complete bundles
- upload content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for children
- impersonate another person or use Eduters in a way that breaches a law or another person's rights
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Eduters available, accurate, and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code. We may change, add, suspend, or remove features, bundles, or content at any time, including while Eduters is in its launch period.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty, or other term that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to the paragraph above, Eduters is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from or connected with your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Eduters or its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, and loss caused by third parties, outages, or unauthorised access.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the reasonable cost of having them supplied again.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Eduters and its content, including text, design, graphics, branding, code, and learning material, are owned by or licensed to Eduters and its publishers and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Apart from the uses these terms allow, you must not copy, adapt, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Eduters without our prior written consent, except where the law permits it.
Third-party websites and services
Eduters may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as sign-in providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Please review their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top identifies the latest revision of this page. When a new terms version is published for accounts, the portal asks the account holder to read and accept it before continuing. If you do not agree, you can sign out, contact support or request deletion of your account's data from that screen.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
